Remake Policy
Remake Charges of 50-100% will apply under the following conditions:
- If a remake is requested after the lab deemed the provided materials incomplete and/or unsatisfactory and customer elects to proceed with the completion of the case without any adjustment, refuses a try-in, skip protocol steps
- If a remake is requested because the customer requests shade and/or material different from original request
- If a remake is requested greater than 30 days from invoice date
- If a remake is requested because the appliance fits the model, but does not fit in the mouth
- If a remake is requested and the remake reason is not specified and materials or appliance are not returned
- If Abutments and/or teeth are re-prepped
- Specific instruction were not provided on the original order
- Bridges where the pontic unit(s) had not been extracted or allowed sufficient healing time prior to the impression being taken
- Any crowns fabricated under a partial/designed to an existing partial where the actual partial is not provided
Cancelled Cases
Any stopped mid-production will be charged on the amount of work completed at the time of the call to stop the case was received.
